Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds (Perishable Goods)
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final unless the conditions below are strictly met.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund request will be considered only if the customer provides clear video evidence showing the condition of the flowers at the time of delivery.
The video must:

Be continuous and unedited

Clearly show the flowers immediately after receipt

Display the date and time of recording (metadata or visible timestamp)
-
Be submitted within the same day of delivery
No video proof = no refund.
Photos alone are not sufficient.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for any refund request. This must include a screenshot or document showing the completed online transaction for the order in question.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the customer must contact us via the website contact form and submit:

Refund requests submitted without complete documentation or outside the required timeframe will not be accepted.
Items returned or refund requests made without prior written approval will not be processed.
Damages, Quality Issues & Incorrect Orders
Customers are responsible for inspecting their order immediately upon delivery.
If flowers arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported on the same day of delivery with the required video proof so we can assess and determine an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Fresh flowers and other perishable goods without valid video proof

Custom or made-to-order arrangements

Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered for perishable goods. If approved, a refund (if applicable) will be processed first, and a new order may be placed separately.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with Stripe processing rules. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
