ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the site is without qualification. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the site in any way.

OUR SERVICES
Bali-Flowers Delivery offers an online portal that allows you to research and check for availability of bouquet products and delivery services to suit you and enables you to purchase with the suppliers. You can choose from a variety of bouquets on the site.
All services offered are legal, including reservation, quoted selling rates, published rate from the supplier, transaction via internet, banking or other ways determined by Bali-Flowers Delivery. Bali-Flowers Delivery is fully responsible for its services. Responsibility is taken for all purchase made via this website and payment made for its services.

INFORMATION ON THIS SITE
Bali-Flowers Delivery does not guarantee that information on the site (including without limitation prices, descriptions or dates) is free from errors or omissions but we will use all reasonable endeavors to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they have been brought to our attention.

• Please choose your desired flowers.
• Click “purchase”.
• Write down your data (sender’s data) in the available column.
• Write down the details of the recipient (Name, Address, Phone Number) completed with your desired message in the “message box”, and then click “send”.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you have completed all items in the list, especially the address, telephone, and major landmarks as well.
We will contact you to confirm within 24 hours.

PAYMENT
Full payment is required in advance prior to your order through Bali-Flowers Delivery. Payment methods other than those stated on the site will not be accepted and no responsibility is accepted for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by bank transfer (additional fee 10% from total amount) or by credit card (additional fee 3,5% from total amount) at least 1 day prior to the day you desire to send the flower. Purchase payment shall be made by major credit cards accepted in our payment service provider.
All rates are quoted in US Dollar (US$), however, all transaction will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) based on the rate at the time of transaction. Due to fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time, differences in personal statement balances can occur. Bali-Flowers Delivery can not be held the responsible for these differences.

In case you do not wish to pay by credit card, please make sure you transfer the requested amount on time to the following bank account:

CHANGING AND CANCELLATION
Suppose you wish to change or cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changing or cancellation as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice in necessary to assume a cancellation.

COMMUNICATION
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile, please supply us. For information about the collection and use of your private information, please see our privacy statement.

LIABILITY
Bali-Flowers Delivery acts as the second party to supply flowers, in this case, flowers bouquet and delivery service through the destination around Bali area.

USE OF THE SITE
The site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Bali-Flowers Delivery does not accept any liability in respect of your ability to access or use the site at any time or any interruption in that access or use or any failure to complete any transaction. Bali-Flowers Delivery does not warrant that the site is free from computer viruses or other properties that may cause loss or damage.

USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree to be bound by the following obligations, including without limitation:
You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
You must be 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity.
You warrant that all information you provide about yourself or members of your household shall be true and accurate.
The site must not be used for speculative, false or fraudulent purchasing.
The transmission of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political, or racist material or any material that is otherwise unlawful is expressly prohibited.
The site and any content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed or reproduced in any way by you, except that one copy of the information contained within the site may be made for personal, non-commercial use.

The material contained within the site is the property of Bali-Flowers Delivery or its affiliates unless identified as belonging to third parties. The name Bali-Flowers Delivery and any other marks, logos and graphics of Bali-Flowers Delivery displayed on the site are registered trademarks of Bali-Flowers Delivery or its affiliates. Other company and product or service names displayed on the site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
You are not granted any right or license to use any trademarks.

LAW OF AGREEMENT
The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement. If there is any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.

ALTERATION
Bali-Flowers Delivery reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms & Conditions under which our website is presented without prior notice to users. The current version of the Terms & Conditions will be displayed within the site from the date on which any changes come into effect. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use and/or access to our website following changes to this Terms & Conditions will mean that you accept those changes
